Which contact channels does it support?

Siteleads supports Phone, WhatsApp, Email, Messenger, Instagram DM, Instagram Page, WeChat, Snapchat, Discord, Telegram, SMS, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Google Maps. You just pick the ones that make sense for your business and they show up on your site.

How will I know when I get a new lead?

Depends on how they reached out.

If they came through the AI Assistant, you get an email notification and the lead shows up in your leads table in the dashboard.

If they clicked a contact channel like WhatsApp, phone, email – that conversation comes in through the channel itself, the way it normally would.

Do I have to use the AI Assistant?

No. The contact channel widgets work completely on their own. You can install SiteLeads, set up your channels, and be done with it.

The AI Assistant is there when you want it, and it’s free to add, so you can try it out. But it’s not required.

What's actually free, and what do I pay for?
