The My Account section in SiteLeads allows you to manage your account, monitor your usage, and control your AI assistants.
Overview #
This page provides a centralized dashboard where you can:
- View your current plan usage
- Monitor limits across features
- Manage your AI assistants
- Upgrade or scale your usage if needed
Usage Statistics #
The Usage Statistics panel gives you a real-time overview of your account limits and consumption across key features.
1. AI Assistants #
- Shows how many AI assistants you have created.
- Example: 4/5 means you have used 4 out of 5 available assistants.
- Also displays how many you have left.
2. Widgets #
- Indicates how many widgets you are currently using.
- Example: 1/Unlimited means there is no limit on widget creation.
3. Messages #
- Tracks how many messages you have used within your plan.
- Example: 1/500 shows 1 message used out of 500 available.
4. Leads Captured #
- Displays how many leads you have collected through your forms or assistants.
- Example: 2/5 means you have captured 2 leads, with 3 remaining.
Each metric includes a progress bar so you can quickly see your usage at a glance.
My AI Assistants #
The My AI Assistants section allows you to view and manage all the chatbots you have created.
Assistant Cards #
Each assistant appears as a card with the following details:
- Name: The name you assigned to the assistant (e.g., Dev, Test)
- Website URL: The site where the assistant is deployed
- Creation Date: When you created the assistant
- Delete Button: Option to remove the assistant
Actions #
- View Assistants: See all your active assistants in one place
- Manage Assistants: Update configurations as needed
- Delete Assistants: Remove assistants you no longer need
Best Practices #
- Monitor your usage regularly to avoid hitting limits
- Delete unused assistants to free up space
- Keep track of your message usage to prevent interruptions
