The Analytics Section

The Analytics dashboard shows performance data for both Channels (widget) and the AI Agent. It helps you understand how visitors interact with your communication tools and measure engagement over time.


Date Range Selector #

Use the date range selector to filter analytics data across the dashboard.

Options include:

  • Today
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Custom range

All charts and tables update automatically when the date range changes.


Widget Performance #

This chart shows how visitors interact with the Channels widget over time.

Metrics displayed include:

Views
The number of times the widget was displayed to visitors.

Unique Visitors
The number of individual visitors who saw or interacted with the widget.

Unique Clicks
The number of distinct clicks on widget channels.

This helps you understand widget visibility and engagement trends.


Device Performance #

This table shows widget engagement by device type.

Columns explained:

Unique Visitors — Number of visitors who interacted with the widget
Unique Clicks — Number of clicks on widget channels
Click rate — Percentage of visitors who clicked a channel after seeing the widget

Example:
If 10 visitors see the widget and 5 click a channel, the click rate is 50%.


Channel Performance #
