The Messages page allows you to view and manage conversations captured by the AI Agent. This section helps you review visitor interactions, monitor conversations, and export message data when needed.
Messages Dashboard #

The Messages dashboard displays a list of conversations captured by the AI Agent. Each row represents a conversation started by a visitor.
The table includes the following columns:
Visitor ID
A unique identifier assigned to each visitor session.
Topic
A preview of the conversation or first message.
Date
The date and time the conversation occurred.
Lead
Indicates whether the conversation resulted in a captured lead.
Agent Filter #

Use the Select Agent dropdown to filter conversations by AI Agent. This is useful when multiple agents are configured.
Date Range Filter #

Use the Date Range selector to filter conversations by time period.
Available options include:
- Today
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Custom range
Search Conversations #

The search field allows you to quickly find conversations by keyword or message content.
Export Conversations #

Click Export to download conversation data for reporting or analysis.
Conversation Viewer #

Selecting a conversation from the table opens the message thread, where you can view the full interaction between the visitor and the AI Agent.
How Messages work #
When a visitor interacts with the AI Agent:
- A conversation record is created
- Messages are stored in the Messages dashboard
- Leads are recorded if contact information is captured
- Conversations can be filtered, searched, and exported
